Pavel Chebikin, with 15 years in the metal industry, answers questions about rolled metal supply, pricing and logistics.
Yes. Each material is supplied with a quality certificate that includes information from the specific manufacturer. This certificate contains the results of chemical analysis, hardness data, a list of components, strength properties, as well as ultrasonic and other testing results. This way, you receive a complete description of the material.
We guarantee customer satisfaction by carefully identifying and considering all requirements specified in the order. This is achieved through regular feedback with the customer at every stage, including discussing packaging requirements, providing necessary documentation, and specifying delivery deadlines and addresses. We consider all factors to ensure a successful transaction.

Agreement of terms — we agree on price, quantity of materials and delivery deadlines, and an order is prepared. 3. Order assembly — upon confirmation, all information is passed to the warehouse where products are assembled. 4. Delivery organisation — if transport is arranged by us, the goods are loaded and necessary documents prepared. 5. Shipping — the finished goods are delivered and feedback is maintained. 6. Feedback and improvement — we record successful completion or promptly address any issues to improve the process.
