Can you provide examples of successfully implemented projects for Latvian companies?

We have worked on several projects for local companies in Latvia. Our constructions can be seen in well-known supermarket chains across the country. Additionally, our products have been used in the construction of pedestrian bridges and highway interchanges. Parts of our structures have also been utilized in railway transport, such as in train cars, as well as in the energy sector for transportation pallets.

Being in Latvia provides several advantages for our services. Geographically, we are located in the central part of the Baltic States, which allows us to efficiently and timely deliver products both to the largest cities of Latvia and neighboring countries, including Lithuania and Estonia.

We are also approximately equidistant from the capitals of neighboring countries, which facilitates logistics and reduces transport costs. In addition, our location allows us to be closer to customers in Lithuania than to local suppliers, making our offer more competitive and affordable.

3. Finding Solutions: If the required material or service is unavailable, we actively search for alternatives. We can source the necessary materials or conduct additional testing using our partner laboratory resources.

4. Feedback: After fulfilling an order, we carefully review any client feedback. If any issues or complaints arise, we address them promptly to improve our services in the future.

5. Analysis and Improvement: We regularly analyze any issues that have occurred to prevent their recurrence in the future, continuously maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Customers are most often interested in basic questions such as pricing and production lead times. They frequently inquire about the quality and the specifics of manufacturing more complex and intricate parts, including non-standard components and parts that undergo multiple processing cycles. Customers may also be concerned about delivery aspects, such as deadlines and conditions.

Additionally, questions may relate to specific order configurations that meet requirements regarding part labeling and traceability.

We always strive to take our customers’ feedback into account, whether positive or critical. We take any criticism seriously and use it to improve our services. Our main goal is to continuously work on enhancing the quality of our work based on the feedback we receive. The key step in placing an order or initiating a project is sending a request. Based on the received request, we can provide comprehensive information about the feasibility of its execution, as well as highlight potential risks and key aspects that require special attention. Therefore, the main task is to receive the client’s request, which our team will carefully analyze and comment on.


What information is required from the customer to calculate costs and prepare a quote?

To calculate costs and prepare a price quote, we need the following information from the client:

– Detail Shape: Description or drawing of the part to be manufactured.

– Material: Type of steel, its grade, and thickness.

– Quantity: The volume of the order, i.e., the number of required parts.

– Requirements: Specific requirements for the part, such as tolerances, surface quality, and other characteristics.
