Project cost is primarily determined by material selection and manufacturing complexity. Different steel grades vary in price and availability, with stainless steel typically costing more than structural or carbon steel.
Part geometry, the number and positioning of holes, and the required machining processes also affect production time and cost. More complex components require additional processing.

Do You Offer Consultations or Site Visits? + -

Yes. We provide professional consultations and can arrange site visits to review project requirements and offer practical technical recommendations.

Do you provide design and engineering support services? + -

Yes, we provide design and engineering support services. We can digitize drawings directly for the production of parts or develop a project according to the customer's requirements and wishes.

Can customers request samples or prototypes before placing large orders? + -

Yes. We recommend producing a sample or prototype before proceeding with large-scale production. This allows both parties to verify specifications and ensure the final product fully meets expectations.

How Do You Handle Custom Orders and Special Requirements? + -

Most of our projects are custom-made. Approximately 90–95% of our orders are developed according to individual client requirements. We work closely with each client to deliver solutions tailored with precision and high production standards.

What Is the Minimum and Maximum Order Quantity? + -

The minimum order value is €50 + VAT. Depending on production capacity and scheduling, we can accommodate both small and large-scale orders.

How Long Does It Take to Prepare a Cost Estimate? + -

In most cases, we provide a cost estimate and proposal within 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and the level of technical detail required.

Do you provide after-sales service and support? + -
As part of our after-sales support, we provide complete traceability of parts and issue certificates for each component. This includes detailed documentation that verifies the product's compliance with specified standards and requirements, allowing our clients to track the history and quality of each product.
